Commentaries for Busy Pastors

This selection of commentaries is for the pastor-teacher who wants quality scholarship, enjoys studying, but has a busy teaching schedule. I work with youth and often teach several times a week. This selection of commentaries will provide great, well respected scholarship with critical concerns summarized. This selection is unapologetically evangelical.
For most books of the Bible I have listed two selections. The first is a brief and affordable commentary for those starting out. The second selection is a detailed commentary that would make a good investment (with room grow through footnotes).
