Stott, John R. W. The Message of Ephesians. BST. InterVarsity Press, 1991.

Really accessible commentary, understandable by either the scholar or the layperson. Stott himself is also a master of prose, explaining the text in a way that is also beautiful and pastoral.

I used Hoehner's commentary in seminary when writing 20 page exegetical papers on Ephesians. It was my go-to commentary back then, and it's still my go-to commentary for preaching sermons in the pulpit today. It is one of the most, if not THE most detailed commentary I've ever seen. There are 80 pages of commentary on Paul's words in 1:3-14 alone, and all the eternal magnificence that unfolds there. It's very technical and full of Greek, sometimes to the point of excess, so it's not for everyone. But for those who want to examine every jot and tittle of Ephesians, this is the commentary to go to.
Ciampa, Roy E.; Rosner, Brian S. The First Letter to the Corinthians. PNTC. Eerdmans, 2010.

I found Ciampa's commentary to be much more readable than Fee's, while still going deep in the text. Especially thoughtful was his treatment of 1 Corinthians 10, with the strange phrases of "baptized into Moses" and "the rock was Christ".
