1, 2 Samuel. NAC. Broadman & Holman, 1996.
It is an annotation that can be divided into likes and dislikes. Some parts are things you can't agree with. However, I can't deny that it is the most outstanding commentary of 1 and 2 Samuel among evangelical annotations right now. I score 5 points because I received a lot of help from this book.
First Corinthians. Int. Westminster John Knox, 1997.
If you're looking for a Shorter Commentary about First Coronians, of course, I recommend Hays' book.
Exodus. NColBC. Liturgical Press, 2011.
I'm studying Exodus now. This book is short but very helpful in contemplating Exodus. I got help from the commentary of Exodus 5:1-11:10.
Genesis. NColBC. Liturgical Press, 2011.
It is a short and very useful Commentary of Genesis. I really want to read it.
James. BECNT. Baker Academic, 2009.
McCartney's The Letter of James commentary is very useful. It is an easy and concise book. And it faithfully dealt with the Greek translation problem of The Letter of James.
