A very good book. A must for every evangelical.

This to me was the best book on Systematic Theology. It favours Credo Baptism than Pedo Baptism, it is not cessationalist in nature and favours prophecy in today's scenario within the ambit of scriptures

FOR SOME REASON CANNOT CHANGE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. In the light of the recent controversy I am not endorsing using this book anymore. My previous rating was a result of too hasty judgement without being familiar with all its content. Heterodox in the doctrine of God.

I have been reading this for my ordination oral exam and have found it excellent! Each chapter is only about 20 pages but the chapters are specifically focused on single topics such as "Sufficiency of Scriptures" "Authority of Scripture." Besides Ryrie's "Basic Theology" this is perhaps my favorite theology book.

Grudem is a continuationalist, but other than that - it's OK. It's not Bavinck but it's good enough to be a stand alone ST in many homes. Very clear style of writing.

fantastic systematic theology, covers a wide range of topics at a reasonable depth, but also gives helpful and wise pastoral advice and application to bring out richer treasures from doctrine

One of the best systematic theology books
