Very good use of the series style. Commentary is useful, succinct while exploring other views, and instructive. Even the Greek discussion has some warmth to it. The application sections were thoughtful and great for stimulating thought on how to illustrate and reach the pew...

I am a lay Preacher but so far was this the best commentary I have read on Philippians. It helped me tremendously.
