This commentary is outstanding and incredibly detailed. I've found it to be a perfect use case for using AI. If you load the version you've purchased into an AI like ChatGPT or Claude, you can query the books' contents without having to read every single page of it. Keener has provided an encyclopedia of information that is at your fingertips, assuming you can ask questions in common English and have a tool find the answers for you.

This is an impressive commentary by a prolific author. The scope of the commentary might be daunting, but it is rewarding to engage with. Keener focuses in large part to the historical setting of the narratives in Acts. However, there are lots of careful theological reflections. Keener's reflections are well thought through and he complements other commentaries with his Pentecostal outlook. Probably wouldn't buy this as my first and only commentary on Acts for preparing sermons. Rather, this is a commentary for deeper studying.
