IT does provide some good information. But in other things it does not carry my interest. Proverbs is a tough book to read at times. Provides guidance to living a good Godly life. Yet this one will spend time giving big picture and interactions with each chapter. This book gets me lost in a ton of key words and interactions. Not a good book for me. Titles for each chapter are good. But it does not keep my interest or give me a desire to keep reading. So hard to say if the statement is true that it helps a Christian life.
