The book has been out for many years now. Andrews is one of the few commentators on the book who (rightly) understand Paul to be teaching that there are two covenants (that of works in Adam, and of grace/the promise/the Spirit) in CHRIST (Gal. 4), while simultaneously teaching that Christ (the new creation in him), is the Christian's rule (Gal.6:15,16) and not the law. Most Christians and Christian teachers who hold to the first truth (from classic reformed/presbyterian theology, where it is right on scripture) do not hold to the second truth (Christ has mad us a new creation, which is our rule, Gal. 6:15,16). Though this is true, and makes the book a good one, the book still comes off pretty rigid to me.
I would recommend Luther's mature (not early commentary) on Galatians, found in Luther's Works, vols. 26 and 27. If a person were to get just one, I would recommend LW Vol. 27.
